WHAT ARE COMPS: no less than 3 and no more than 5 of the most recent sales added together then divide by the amount of sales you are using. That’s your average comp. SHIPPING: I prefer to charge $5+ for shipping which comes with secure packaging, padded, cardboard, penny sleeve, top loader in a card back wrapped with rubber bands.
