How we treat each other on My Card Post

At My Card Post, we're building a marketplace where collectors can buy, sell, and connect with confidence. That means everyone deserves respect, whether you're leaving a review, negotiating a deal, or messaging another collector.

What We Expect

Be honest, be fair, and be kind. Focus on the transaction and the experience. If you're reviewing someone, talk about the card condition, shipping speed, and communication. The stuff that matters. If you're messaging, keep it professional and courteous. Disagreements happen, but resolve them respectfully.

What's Not Okay

Don't use foul language, insults, or name-calling in reviews, direct messages, or deal negotiations. Don't be accusatory or attack someone personally. Don't harass or threaten other collectors. This applies everywhere on the platform: public reviews, private chats, deal flow, all of it. We reserve the right to delete or remove reviews that don't meet our community standards.

Auction Integrity

Fair auctions depend on honest bidding. Shill bidding, using fake or connected accounts to artificially inflate bids, is prohibited. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate auction outcomes, failing to pay after winning a bid, or any coordinated attempt to game the bidding process will result in immediate permanent removal. We actively monitor bidding patterns and will void auction results where manipulation is detected.

Keep Deals on My Card Post

Don't ask other collectors to take a transaction off the platform. It puts both sides at risk and removes every protection we offer.

Respect Privacy

Don't share another member's personal information, including real name, address, phone number, or order details, in reviews, comments, or anywhere public.

How to Report

If you see something that crosses the line, report it. Use the report button on the review or message, or email us at support@mycardpost.com with details. We take this seriously and will review every report.

What Happens Next

• First violation: we'll send a warning and give you a chance to do better.
• Second violation: temporary suspension, usually 7 to 30 days depending on severity.
• Third or severe violation: permanent removal from My Card Post.

Auction manipulation, fake account creation, harassment, threats, or deliberate attempts to conceal misconduct may result in immediate permanent removal without prior warning.
